Dr. Obaid has a PhD in Risk management and has a career spanning over 30 years in engineering, manufacturing and management. Dr. Obaid first started his career as an engineer with Ministry of Defense and was involved in several mega projects such as the King Khalid Military city in Hafr Al Batin. He currently leads one of the biggest cement manufacturing plant in K.S.A, Northern Region Cement (NRC) plant as their CEO and is directly credited for establishing the factory from scratch into a publicly listed company.

Dr. Obaid also owns several other companies including Delta Desert contracting, Al Arqaam consultants and United chemicals company (UCC) and therefore actively remains engaged with the construction and building materials sector. Furthermore, Dr. Obaid sits on various advisory boards including National Building and Marketing (NBM) and Ajeej steel factory and is highly respected for his deep knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and management.

Mohammed Shmasy Al Sobaei is a business man based in the Eastern province. He has over 28 years of experience in general contracting works, scrap metals and car spare parts trading lathe turnery and various metal workshops. He currently owns and manages a total of 13 workshops/scrapyards and trades over 20,000 tons per annum of scrap metals.

Mohammed brings with him significant experience of sourcing and transporting scrap metal and that of downstream metal processing and fabrication.

Rashid is a serial business man based out of Riyadh. He has over 35 years of experience in the construction and manufacturing sector. Over the span of his career, he has established 15 multimillion SAR revenue generating construction companies and manufacturing facilities.

Rashid was the lead in establishing Ajeej steel, a steel plant producing 300,000 tons per annum and FTPC SMO plant which produces 50,000 m3 of Sodium Methoxide. In the field of construction, he has executed various mega projects such as Hail new downtown development, the kingdom tower and salaam park. Globally, above the sectors mentioned, Rashid holds interests in healthcare, education and real estate development in the UAE and India.
